Is Hair and Makeup included in the session?

To maintain the highest artistic standards, our collections focus exclusively on professional photography and art direction. While HMUA is not included, we work with a curated list of top-tier artists who understand our lighting and editorial style. We are happy to share this list once your booking is confirmed.

Do you provide styling or wardrobe guidance?

Absolutely. Part of the Signature Experience is ensuring your wardrobe aligns with your goals. We provide a consultation to review your outfit choices, ensuring each look projects the authority and elegance required for your visual legacy.

What if I don't know how to pose or feel awkward in front of the camera?

This is José’s specialty. You don’t need to be a professional model; José provides full editorial direction—from facial expressions to the smallest movement of your hands. Our goal is to make you feel confident and empowered throughout the session.

Am I allowed to bring a companion to my shoot?

To maintain a focused and professional creative environment on set, we allow a maximum of one companion. We ask that guests respect the creative flow to ensure we achieve the best possible results for your portraits.

Do I get all the unedited or 'RAW' photos from the session?

Our studio delivers finished works of art. Therefore, unedited RAW files are not provided. We focus on quality over quantity, delivering only the professionally retouched images included in your collection. However, a full gallery of color-corrected images may be available as an additional purchase.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I add more outfit changes during the session?

Our collections are designed based on specific time blocks to ensure quality. If you wish to add an additional look, we can extend the session for an additional fee, provided the studio schedule allows it.

Delivery & Retouching

How long will it take to receive my final images?

You will receive a private gallery to select your favorites within [3-5] business days. Once your selection is made, the final High-End retouching process takes approximately [10-15] business days, as each image is handcrafted with meticulous attention to detail.

Do I get all the unedited or 'RAW' photos from the session?

Booking & Policies

How do I secure my date?

Dates are exclusively reserved upon receipt of a 50% non-refundable retainer and a signed service agreement. The remaining balance is due on the day of your session.

What is your rescheduling policy?

We understand that emergencies happen. We allow one rescheduling at no extra cost if requested at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations or last-minute changes may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
